Since Group Leader Hilary Jones took over this group in 2016, it has become the group with the biggest number of runners on its twice-weekly sessions. Hilary leads three 0-5k courses a year, and now has qualified Leaders in Running Fitness Jane Sawyer, Lisa Smith and Mark Sawyer assisting her around the streets and footpaths of Gravesend.
